NetEx is a network complaint management solution for Wireless Service Providers developed for the purpose of planning/scheduling customer field visits and tracking/recording of RF field measurements to analyse customer reported network problems.

NetEx offers a Mobile Application that schedules customer visits and uploads measurement data along with a Web Portal that allows provisioning and tracking of field visits.

Service Providers will have access to the NetEx Web Portal and will be able to track, provision and upload data from and to Field Engineers with respect to customer complaint visits, schedules and notifications.

In other words, NetEx will help Service Providers improve complaint response Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and ensure faster closure of complaints.
